My name is Zain Asad, and I am very excited to have joined Esker family. I will be a Customer Experience Training Consultant – Order to Cash. In my previous roles, I have worked as a project manager and an implementation consultant. As part of my role, I have worked closely with the end users. I have really enjoyed working with the users and upskilling them in their business IT solution. At Esker, I will be providing training to support User Acceptance Testing sign off from end users and post go live support.
Things that I like to do outside of work are reading, hiking, and playing various sports.
